أَهْلًا وَسَهْلًا ومَرْحَبًا

Unless stated otherwise, this is the homepage of Andrew Naguib.

I am currently a graduate student at the Combinatorics and Optimization Department at the University of Waterloo. I am working under the supervision of Prof. Walaa Moursi on Monotone Operator Theory1.

I graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in computer science and recently (in 2023) earned a master of applied science degree in computer engineering; I worked on approximately solving (NP-hard) combinatorial optimization problems using deep graph nets, supervised by Prof. Waleed Yousef.

Parts of this website are still being compiled.

I am trying to make a–late and uneasy, but desirable–shift into mathematics (it seems possible). I also hope to study, more seriously, formal logic, homotopy type theory—which is HoTT!–and descriptive set theory

I maintain this webpage using Org mode version 9.7.1 and magit version 20241208.1345 (commit id #bdb7851) on Emacs 29 and gnu/linux
